  1. @Choco, let me know when you do.

  2. But the protein powder is not a requirement. It’s just added protein throughout day and it does help. A lot of my protein comes from fish, tuna, cheese etc. Some public don’t get the right amount of protein with regular foods.

  3. Hell, you got me pushing 980 leg press. But that’s why I say these are my views. I can take a 65 pond dumbbell and do a chest press and get the same results as a 100 pound dumbbell. Some peoples views are different. I respect your views to. You’ve given me some fantastic views and points on my goals too.

  4. What’s up Wize. My video is based off my research and my experience and talks with different public. I do.agree to have to know your goal in the gym but it also here’s nothing out here that says we yes to lift 110 dumbbell to get larger biceps or triceps etc. It’s.about technique and form. As long as I work that muscle, break it down. Ima get the same results as if I use a larger weight. I’m not saying by larger weights like 85+, here’s nothing incorrect with that. I like the heavy weight too.

  5. You know I respect your opinion bro. But, I have to question you, what are you basing your opinion on? I agree that every gym has it’s place. But, you have to know your goals in order to determine which gym will suit your needs best. But, science and biology proves that you have to stress the muscle in order to get maximum growth. If your body has gotten used to say 65 pound dumbbells and it is not stressing the muscle, how can you get maximum growth? Science disagrees with you on this one bro.

  6. *****PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE MY VIEWS. YOUR VIEWS MY NOT BE THE SAME.******
